Unopened/Unused Product Guarantee
International Skincare gives full refund on product/products return, if you change your mind or not satisfied with your purchase. Product/products should be in the original packaging and condition in which you have received them. It can be exchanged or returned only if the product/products are unused. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of your purchase date.
Return/Exchange Policy

The user/purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost on all returns. We recommend you to use a major shipping service like UPS, USPS or FEDEX. We also suggest you to buy shipping insurance that go well with the cost of your purchase. We are not accountable for returns that are misplaced or damaged when returned to us.

All Items in our Return/Exchange process must be complete in order for your return to be qualified for a refund or an exchange. We preserve the right to decline a complete or partial return on any returned product.

Refused packages will be accepted for return, but the purchaser will be billed an additional service charge of a $20.

Shipping fees are refundable, only if International Skincare shipped you a wrong product or the product was physically damaged in shipping.

* Partially Used Product Guarantee- Skincare products that are used more than 50% are not entitled to a partial refund/store credit. Eligibility for our Partially Used Product Guarantee is entirely at the judgment of International Skincare and universalskincareproducts.com representatives. We evaluate returned product/products both by weight and by volume. Repeat returns on the same products or from same customer will not be accepted for refund. Store credits only on approved returns.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive the suitable adjustment on your credit card as soon as we complete your return.
